The church is registered under the Law on Religious Denominations in the Sofia City Court as a denomination with the name Christian Church „El Shaddai.“<\/strong> The founder and Senior Pastor is Krasimir Partovsky.<\/p>\n

Pastor Krassimir Partovsky starts to preach the Word of God when he is 17 years old. He has founded and pastored the \u201cVakarel\u201d Church since 1993. He is also the founder of other churches in Bulgaria. He travels and preaches the Word of God in Bulgaria, Romania, Greece and Turkey.<\/p>\n

In 2000, he married his longtime friend Maria (Gabi). In 2002, their daughter Erika was born.<\/p>\n

In May 2006, Krassimir Partovsky was ordained as an apostle by Dr. John Polis.<\/p>\n
