What we process and why<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enquiries:<\/strong> your name, email, subject and message submitted through the contact form or email. We use them to respond and follow up on your enquiry. For purchase enquiries, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract; for other correspondence, it is our legitimate interest in responding.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Orders:<\/strong> names, billing and delivery addresses, phone, email, products, amounts, payment method and optional order notes. We use these details to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, communicate and meet applicable accounting duties. The bases are performance of a contract and legal obligations. Website hosting is provided by SuperHosting. For bank transfers, banks process transfer information under their own duties and policies. How long information is retained<\/h2>\n<p>Correspondence is retained according to the time needed to respond, handle follow-up questions and defend disputes. Order information and accounting records are retained according to applicable legal periods and the need to handle complaints and legal claims. Comments and metadata may remain without a predetermined expiry to support moderation and recognise subsequent comments.
